Using tags to track changes


Article summary

The Event Tags feature allows you to create tags or markers to associate events to your products.

For example, you reduced your product's selling price by $1 on 1st March. You can create a tag to track the event.

Tags will appear on the Sales Trend page, giving insights into how an event affects your performance.

Navigation: Sales > Tags > Event Tags

View and edit existing event tags

You can check the list of created event tags or filter by specific product.

Click on the Actions buttons to edit or delete an existing event tag.

Create a new event tag

1. Click the Add button on top to create a new event tag.

2. Input the details of your event tag and click Create.

3. The created event tag will appear on the Sales Trend page at the assigned date(s) to mark an event on your product.
