Sometimes, when keywords are performing, you may not want automation to change their bids to avoid the placement of their ads from being affected.
Here is an approach to exclude SI from changing the bids of good keywords.
1. Create a bidding rule with criteria matching high-performing keywords.
For example, >= 100 orders and >= 20% conversion.
2. Then, place this rule with a high priority.
3. Set the bid adjustment to Fixed Amount at $0.
This way, SI will not change the bids of high-performing keywords.
However, if the keyword starts performing poorly, the automation engine may switch to another bidding rule, initiating the optimization and reducing the bids.
