Product collection ads not automatable

You can now create Product Collection ads in Seller Central without specifying any ASINs. 

For example, ads that direct people straight to your store page.

Some algorithms, such as the bidding algorithm, which typically works with Product Collection ads, cannot work with ads without ASINs.

Note: Scale Insights will support automation for such ads in the future.
