The Refund Rate page shows your product's number of units sold and refunded within a selected timeframe.

Navigation: Sales > Orders > Refund Rate

Use the date filter to select the time frame for which you want to see the refund rate of your products.

Refund Rate Percentage Formula

Refund Rate % = Number of units refunded / Units sold
