Automate assignment

The Automate Assignment feature suggests relevant strategic objectives for your ad groups based on their keyword types, number of active keywords, campaign name, and ad group name.

Navigation: Automation > Strategic Objectives > Automate Assignment

1. You will see a list of active products/ASINs, the number of active ad groups, and the number of assigned strategic objectives.

2. Click the Actions button to see the suggested objectives for your ad groups. 

3. Hover over the info icon for brief information about the suggested objective.

4. To assign the suggested objective to your ad group, select the rows and click the Assign button.

Customizing assignment behavior

Automate Assignment maps strategic objectives to ad groups based on defined criteria.

1. Edit one of the strategic objectives and go to the criteria section.

2. Hover over the info icon to read the details for each criterion.
